I’d “argue” that if one thinks of their colleagues as idiots, they’re either working at the wrong place, or they suffer from the Dunning Kruger effect. :D

I can’t bring myself to write someone off as an idiot, but I like the takeaway from the article though: don’t waste time on the trivial.
