I like your concept, and agree with what we should strive to be instead.

However, I don’t think those behaviours are 10x behaviours. The 10x that I worked closely with was the exact opposite of nearly all of the bullets in your “don’t be” pile. His achilles heel was being more right than kind.

I think the type 10x you might be referring to is more like a cowboy or false 10x.
