I’m similar to what you’ve listed: How they approach addressing/mitigation of tech debt, and asking to describe their testing strategy/process/infrastructure are my favourites to ask. Who owns the test automation? Probing for what level of maturity the CI/CD system is. What is their strategy for code quality?

Is there a dedicated UX team, or at least one full-time resource? I think many companies don’t “get” the importance of this, and it often shows in the product.
